Wire, Nichrome, resistance, bare, 24swg, 0.56mmD, 50g reel. (swg = standard wire gauge). 'Nichrome' is a high temperature resistance wire to glow red. A nickel/chromium alloy.

The resistance of nichrome does rise with temperature.
