The IEC version of 'Powell's Wave Motion Apparatus' is a moulded and quietly running system, whereas other designs are noisy and rattly. The system demonstrates both longitudinal and transverse wave motion and the 0-360deg. scale at the handle allows study of the sine wave action relative to the angle rotated by the cams.
