The IEC digital Electrometer is a special instrument for measuring extremely small quantities of voltage, current and charge. The ranges are: 0-2, -20, -200, -2,000 mV with very high impedance.
0-2, -20, -200, -2,000nA (nanoamps) with very high impedance. 0-2,000nC (nanocoulombs) of electric charge.
Used for measuring electrostatic charges, currents passing through an insulator, charge around an electrostatic rod, capacitor charging and measurements on Aepinus Capacitors etc..
